As a Team Assistantyou are responsible for ensuring support in daily business for the respective Project Management team Senior Manager Development
JOB PROFILE
* Assist Project Managers SMD in daily business according to their instructions
* Ensure completion of assigned projects
* Prepare and help providing samples for presentation
* Arrange and organize meetings held by Project Managers SMD and orders fitting models
* Organize external trainings
* Prepareupdate organization charts
* Introduction of new employees
* Order office stationary or pick up from Office Center and look after proper maintenance for office equipment such as copy machine fax machine printer etc
* Prepare shipments to the Liaison Offices Federal Express DHL UPS
* Attend the weekly department meeting Jour Fix and draw up the minutes of meeting
* Travel organization and travel expense
* Cost center report follow up
* Ensure completion of assigned projects eg
* model booking and database
* calendar maintenance
* e-room maintenance etc
YOUR PROFILE
* Ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing
* Good knowledge of PC-related programs eg MS Office RMS ideally Illustrator
* Apprenticeship as a foreign language correspondent or industrial clerk
