As ourSr Shop-in-Shop SIS Manageryoull be expected to bring your own MVP performance to the tasks below
PurposeDrive the development of new retail fixturing concepts and the overall planning and installation of adidas branded “Shop-in-Shop” SIS programs at wholesale with a focus on creating impactful adidas experiences at retail that reflect brand positioning and personality and are relevant engaging and shopable for US consumers
Key Accountabilities
* Manage the overall implementation of different branded fixture programs at wholesale including Shop in Shop SIS Soft Shops SS Retail Space Management RSM and other fixture concepts as needed
* Partner with the Global Retail Concept team on all stages of development of new SIS fixturing programs for the US market – from briefing to concept review and approvals through production - with a focus on driving relevancy and aspiration for the US consumer by providing insight on the US consumer US retail environments and expectations and logistical specs
* Maintain an in-depth knowledge of key accounts and channels partnering with Account Marketing to define SIS objectives by account and coordinate account inputs and approvals for SIS programs
* Partner with Retail Marketing to identify messaging needs within the SIS systems and coordinate the production and installation of seasonal graphic updates for SIS
* Working cross functionally drive the pre-line preparation process from a strategic and executional level providing direction to the SIS team
* Oversee the coordination of quarterly visual merchandising strategies and directives for supported SIS doors partnering with Account Marketing Product Marketing the internal PTVM team and the external VM agency
* Oversee internal and external CAD designers and development of in-store renderings in support of SIS execution and seasonal category sell-in initiatives
* Manage allocated SIS budgets fixture inventory forecasts and depreciation schedules for all SIS-related projects
* Manage the SIS team
* Partner with Retail Marketing Sport Style to define program support needs for Originals fixture programs and direct SIS team accordingly to ensure we’re fully leveraging the implementation and VM resources across both divisions
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge on Retail trends and best practices in the market and apply learnings to adidas SIS programs
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
* Passion for sport
* Proven understanding of retail needs with a focus on product presentation merchandising and enhancing sell-through
* Ability to interpret CAD drawings
* Ability to lead partner with and influence a cross-functional team without direct management responsibilities
* Experience in fixture production assembly and installations preferred
* Retail floor experience andor retail account experience preferred
* Previous experience in visual merchandising – ideally in fixture by fixture layouts
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Strong project and budget management planning and prioritization skills
* Team management experience
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree BA in Marketing Business or related field
* Minimum of five 5 years of Retail andor Visual Marketing experience
