Reebok is looking for a Sr Project Manager Fitness & Training to partner with the Head of Fitness and Training to set the strategy develop the planning and guidance to key marketing for Reebok’s Fitness & Training department
This position is also responsible for partnering with SBUs Strategic Business Units to identify and evaluate global areas of opportunity for ReebokCrossFit and counsel and drive development and growth of the overall Reebok fitness portfolio
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for implementing and executing the global fitness and training strategy and identifying group needs threats and opportunity areas
* Set the direction for regular touch-points between Global and Markets Work with group to present global progress and business updates track globalmarket deliverables and tasks provide direction and support and connect best practices from other markets
* Collaborate with management and cross functional leaders ad SBUs to assess and continuously improve the operational infrastructure of systems and processes designed to accommodate the sustainable growth objectives of the Fitness & Training organization Ensure that the measurement and effectiveness of all relevant internal and external processes is designed into the processes
* Partner with the Consumer Insights team to coordinate research to collect data from both internal and external stakeholders Identify issues form hypotheses and implement recommendationssolutions
* Develop and implement planning and project management processes to better align Fitness and Training work streams
* Continue to identify key business issues define project tasks articulate project plans track timeline and deliverables and liase with project stakeholders on an on-going basis
* Responsible for the research and evaluation of global industry trends insights and competitive intelligence to identify unique market opportunities and hazards Relay industry analytics to team as needed and provide recommendations based on the data
EDUCATIONEXPERIENCE
* Bachelor degree required MBA preferred
* Minimum 7 years of experience in footwear apparelfitness industry required
* Must have the abilityavailability to travel 15 of the time
* CrossFit enthusiast or certified CrossFit trainer preferred
* Outgoing personality ready to take on any challenge
