Reebok International is seeking a Sr Product Marketing Manager for Cleated The responsibility of this role is to manage the footwear product lifecycle and design for Men’s Cleated Baseball & Football footwear You will be the driver of all cleated footwear product strategy and your main responsibility and focus is to deliver product consistent with Reebok’s marketing strategy while achieving targets and margins
Responsibilities
* Build and manage on a seasonal basis the development of a global product line that meets the strategic and financial goals of the category and the commercial needs of the consumer
* Work closely with design development and merchandising to lead and drive the product creation process and be accountable for the aesthetics and details of the seasonal collections
* Prepare creative product briefs each season upon thoroughly analyzing market information through consumer and trend research market travel and productivity analysis Develop product - pricing matrix for the category
* Present the entire product line and strategy to merchandising sales and upper management for each milestone meeting Global presentations and individual account meetings
* Ensure clear communication with cross functional counterparts in Global Merchandising sales development design and marketing
* Prepare and execute ongoing market consumer and competitive analysis
* Ongoing analysis of assigned product lines revenue SKU efficienciesproductivity franchise management
* Manage and maintain the PLM system according to each deadline and milestone required
* Understanding of all developments in the cleated footwear market and the continuingly evolving consumer needs
* Ability to excel within team environment both within men’s sport footwear business and within assigned cross functional category team
Requirements
* 8 – 10 years’ experience
* CollegeUniversity Degree
* Experience with consumer brands in product development sales or merchandising
* Strong sense of teamwork
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to plan strategically and execute at tactical level
* Ability to adapt and work on several project at once
