Reebok International is seeking aGlobal Marketing Managerfor Men’s Sport The Marketing Manager will be responsible for internal communications leadership of the Men’s sport categories to create globally relevant marketing programs that drive the business and position Reebok as a leader in men’s fitness & training
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop the Men’s marketing strategy based on overall Men’s business strategy
* Create and align global category positioning and launch documents for regions and markets
* Create business input for cross-functional briefings resulting in direct-to-consumer communication for key Men’s initiatives across all categories and any additional programs
* Lead and support creation of marketing programs relevant to key Men’s fitness initiatives
* Act as a key global point person and resource relating to communication planstools for Men’s initiatives
* Lead the development of an integratedcross functional global “toolkit” that enables markets to effectively adapt and execute on global direction
* Drive post-campaign evaluation of marketing tools and communicate concept performance internally and externally Implement learning’s to ensure optimization of communications
* Lead and collect best practice sharing process across markets and functions
* Collaborate with product marketing & regions to identify key product concepts for communication
* Drive effective communication between product and brand marketing to ensure consistency of messaging and delivery
* Track and evaluate competitive and trend environment and transfer it into relevant marketing concepts
* Develop and maintain scoreboards for marketing results and translate key conclusions into clear action points
* Lead the preparation and execution of Men’s marketing presentation at key events and meetings
* Manage assigned budget
EDUCATIONEXPERIENCE
* 7 years cross functional marketing or agency experience
* Strong communication and presentation skills with keen business acumen
* Ability to enroll key stakeholders and gain support for initiatives
* Balance of strategic and executional skills
* Deep understanding of target consumer and strong cultural connection to Men’s fitness fashion entertainment sport and media
* Idea driven individual
* Challenge and lead through creativity
* Ability to execute rigorously
