This role is responsible for maximising the profitability of the Centre of Excellence COE Retail by supporting the Policy and Planning team with operational and tactical activities to ensure the accomplishment of our strategic targets
Key Responsibilities
* Take ownership of assigned project work to ensure the delivery of project plans on time and within agreed objectives
* Support the Senior Manager Policy and Planning to deliver on large scale strategic projects
* Develop KPI and reporting processes for the Policy and Planning department to track and review team success Work with markets to collect data to support all stages of a project or policy development pre-project during and post-project review Complete analysis of received information and make recommendations to the Policy and Planning team
* Support team members by tracking and chasing required feedback and information from markets and stakeholders
* Take ownership for the Store Operations policy manual to ensure new policies and processes are updated and stored centrally Ensure that there is a consistent look feel and language in the policy manual
* Drive the communication of all COE Retail Operations policies to individual stores Act as the key link to the communications team to ensure new and updated policies and processes are effectively communicated to COE Retail teams and markets
* Facilitate a culture of sharing and adopting global best practice across all Retail Markets
Qualifications
* Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
* Fluent in English
* Additional languages are an advantage
* University degree andor commercial training in the area of Finance Accounting Economics Marketing or Sales is preferred
* 2 years retail operations experience
