PurposeOptimize supply planning in line with customer requirements supplier capabilities and corporate objectives in response to the global demand Act as key divisional contact for worldwide purchasing departments understanding market demand
Key Responsibilities
* Drive the Demand and Supply Validation DSV process communicating with key markets to understand demand changes inform them of actual supply constraints and requesting support to resolve constraints
* Create analyse and follow up the reports which are used to identify any production constraints or capacity issues ensuring resulting issues are solved in a timely manner using existing tools or developing new ones
* Drive the Early Production process by requesting pull forward orders from the markets and by running the Make-to-Forecast MTF process
* Consistently track and measure factory target fill rates Follow-up on variations
* Develop and maintain open communication with Liaison Offices Supply Chain Integration and Purchasing departments
* Continuously offer insight and advice on how to improve daily processes tasks and procedures in order to enhance service to the brands
* Contribute to projects as needed by providing key support where required

* Good knowledge of standard software applications Excel Access and ERP systems
* Fluent in English written and oral
Requisite Education and Experience Minimum Qualifications
* College or university degree with a focus on Logistics or a related field or comparable experience
* Project Management Experience
* 2-3 years work experience in the consumer goods industry with a focus on supply chain management logistics production or replenishment
