Purpose
Lead the creation and development of industry leading cross platform user experiences within the miCoach product eco-system
Job profile
* Work with the Product managers to determine short and long-term usability goals and objectives that are consistent with the strategy of products and marketing
* Plan and oversee the ongoing development required to ensure the stability and growth plan for the product ensuring that the underlying architecture supports the growth of users on the UI
* Coach motivate and mentor project team members including skills transfer
* Lead brainstorming sessions for new functionality and drive ideas through wireframe development prototype creation usability testing documentation and implementation
* Ensure and champion consistent user focused and usable design and process flows of the system
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams both internal and external to continuously improve the user experience
* Drive user research and communicate the long-term vision for the companys user experience and product offering
* Perform field research task analyses formal and informal usability reviews usability tests customer focus groups and surveys to understand the competition and trends Develop and present recommendations for customer experience enhancement
* Understand the customer base the products and their interaction be able to identify problem areas and create innovative solutions that improve the user experience
* Identify and support the implementation of improvements in usability and information design
Your profile
* University degree in the field of computer science or another related discipline An advanced degree in one these fields is a plus
* 8 years experience in a User Interface Design role with several years team management experience
* Experience with full projectrelease lifecycle
* Strong experience in the Web and Mobile domain
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Strong organizational skills
* Application architecture best practice
* Advanced MS-Office skills Intermediate MS-Project skills
* Fluent in English another European language is beneficial
