Senior Project Manager Sports Marketing mf
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation
Sports Marketing is about the management of the relationship with our key sponsored athletes clubs and federations It is a core ingredient of brand marketing and a fundamental discipline for the success of our company
Information technology is rapidly developing to a key enabler of our Sports Marketing strategy in particular in the area of Portfolio Management Business Intelligence and Athlete Services
In your role of IT program manager you will oversee both the new developments and the operations of all IT solutions in that field
In close contact with the business stakeholders you will deliver the implementation of the Sports Marketing roadmap and ensure efficient operations
Key Responsibilities
* Defineevolve Sports Marketing IT strategy and roadmap
* Deliver and ensure smooth operation of solutions across the group brands
* Lead project and operation teams
* Manage IT Sports Marketing budget
* Interact with Business departments manage relationship and demand
* Manage service providers and third parties
* Resolve Issues escalations
* Deliver application development
* Drive vendors and solution selection
* Ensure application exploitations
* Deliver continuous improvement and innovation
* Maintain process and technology expertise
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Gain and maintain functional competence related to the service adidas group and industry ways of working
* Define IT Sports Marketing strategy roadmap budget resources needs with key stakeholders
* Build up and maintain state of the art technology platform for the adidas Group
* Maintain business team and vendor relationships to ensure a high standard in customer service and satisfaction
* Ensure consistent implementation of solution across multi-disciplinary functions brands markets
* Build up a network with key stakeholders in the industry
* Meet quality and time targets or service levels to ensure the predictability of results
* Ensure compliance with all relevant adidas Group computing standards policies and methodologies
* Staff and manage all project and support resources team and 3rd parties
Required Skills
* Seasoned project or program manager proven track of record for leading delivering and managing demanding cross functional projects
* knowledge of methods and techniques applied in IT delivery environment eg PMI ITIL…
* Ability to translate business requirements into cost efficient IT solutions
* Communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work in a team environment both local and remote cultural diversity skills
Requisite Education
* Educated to at least degree level in a Business-Computing related subject or comparable qualification
* 3 years experience in project management in an international cross-functional environment
* Good knowledge of the application deployment life cycle with strong analytical and social skills and with the ability to view issues from a business perspective
* Very good in English both written and spoken
