As aSenior Project Manager– Supply Chain Managementyou are responsible for defining andimplementing the eComm and Customization setup within center of Excellence CoE - CM ensuring that these projects are brought to a successful conclusion in line with the company strategy and enable the adidas Group to achieve supply chain excellence from an infrastructure process and systems perspective
JOB PROFILE
* Create and maintain project office structure for the whole Center of Excellence CoE - SCM unit
* Challenge the development of business cases for project initiatives to ensure a tangible analysis behind any initiative
* Lead medium sized and smaller projects or sub elements of larger scale infrastructure initiatives within CoE - SCM
* Develop and maintain overall strategy roadmap as well as standard tools and project templates for full project lifecycle to ensure a consistent and adequate project structure is operational install tracking and progress reports relating towards the execution of the strategy
* Set-up detailed project planning and milestone tracking relating to implementations
* Install day-to-day management process on the project portfolio within CoE - SCM
* Act as contact point for external project requests and project updates
* Maintain departmental process in terms of meetings targets & goal setting
* Support Senior Managers in work stream execution for respective expertise and content in terms of workshops preparation specific subject matter investigations sponsor debriefings etc
* Setup workshops summarize results and execute debriefing
* Develop and maintain a project network with other relevant departments within Global Operations or adidas Group in order to get end-to-end transparency of project activity
YOUR PROFILE
* Good planning and organization skills and ability to work and deliver in changing environments under limited guidance while adhering to specified deadlines
* Understanding of the bigger picture and end-to-end supply chain
* Knowledge and experience in project management and Lean 6 Sigma tools
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and in writing to interact effectively and efficiently on different layers of the organization
* Action oriented and solution minded team player
* Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities
* High degree of self-management enthusiasm drive to perform
* Excellent English language proficiency multi-lingual abilities in local languages preferred
* Proficiency in project management related tools and software Excel Access PowerPoint Aris
* Willing to invest and increase career development potential
* Willingness and ability to travel frequently
* A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university with emphasis on the areas of business economics logistics planning supply chain information systems or operations MBA a plus
* 5 years work experience ideally in an apparelfashion supply chain mgmt or retailing context
* Alternatively 3 years of strategy consulting with project experience in apparelfashion retail and Operations combined with a graduate degree may be substituted for years of experience
