Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation
Facilitate and drive the implementation of the HR strategy and key projects ensure that the strategy is understood in the organization and coordinate activities across the function to help bring this strategy to fruition

Key Responsibilities
describe the principal duties and areas of responsibility of the occupant of the position max 5-8 Ensure that the Key Responsibilities capture the following points

* Support CHRO in defining his ‘management agenda’ priorities and objectives for the HR organization
* Manage the Strategic Business Plan process and the annual objectives setting process in collaboration with the Chief HR Officer
* Monitor progress in achieving key transformational initiative milestones and objectives in collaboration with the Senior Management Team
* Establish Key Performance Indicators and Reports in close collaboration with Controlling to ensure that the organisation’s performance is measured and reported accordingly
* Lead the adidas Group-wide Engagement Survey launches as well as the global coordination of the Group-wide Results-to-Action initiatives
* Create and drive Change Management strategies for the relevant programs to ensure a smooth implementation of the necessary changes in the organization
* Drive implementation of the ‘management agenda’ through preparing relevant SMT meetingcalls ensuring structured follow-up on key topics action items
* Facilitate and manage all Senior Leadership meetings and key events eg Management – and HR summit
* Create communication strategies and implement concepts that facilitate open and consistent communication with employees ensuring that HR strategy and objectives are understood on all levels and behaviors are lived
* Support the CHRO in any ad hoc projects and coordinate those across the different functions of the organization
* Act as interface for strategic Group requirements inputs and projects eg Sustainability Driving Route 2015 etc
* Develop and maintain contacts with industry leading organizations universities etc to deepen our understanding and knowledge of state of the art HR issues

Requisite Education and Experience Minimum Qualifications
Describe the minimum amount of education needed for the position include minimum number of years of experience required

* A four-year degree from an accredited college or university with emphasis on the areas of business HR or Marketing MBA a plus
* Min 8 years progressive working experience in fast moving goods industry in a strategic function andor consulting background in one of top strategy consulting firms
* Proven track record in project management and change management preferably on a global scale
