Senior Developer Mobile Applications mf
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation
* Design develop and Implement Mobile Applications for adidas Group customers and consumers
* Contribute in establishing the foundations for the Global IT Mobile Competence Centre at adidas
Key Responsibilities
Software development
* Act as the software development reference person for all development activities
* Support definition of business blueprints in alignment with all stakeholders
* Maximize both solution delivery speed and quality
* Support definition of the appropriate solution architecture together with the team
* Continuously communicate with the other members of the development team and align solution development activities across other IT departments as required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Deliver the Solution Design including functional and technical Specs while aligning with product owner and other stakeholders
* Develop the technical implementation plans
* Perform development and testing hands-on and deliver solution according to plans and quality expectations
* Perform lead- or -project management activities as required by project complexity
* Support other team members to ensure best overall development performance
Requisite Education
* University degree or similar in MarketingCommunications or IT Engineering degree preferred any specialization in Electronics Physics Engineering an advantage
* Strong programming skills data modelling and debugging skills with hands-on experience in Web development min 5 years typically using Javascript LUA PHP HTMLXHTMLDHTML XML CSS or similar technologies
* Experience with SQL
* Experience in different types of mobile apps software architectures eg thin or thick client
* Experience with implementation of diverse back-end integration scenarios and technologies eg scraping Web services SAP specific
* Additional specific development skills an advantage eg gaming navigation instrumentation
* Strong project track record
* Practise of agile methods eg Scrum
* Ideally business process and operational knowledge preferably in retail andor marketing or wholesales industry
* Project Management skills Coaching experience
* Networking experience
* Fluency in English
* Between 3-8 years of experience in development min 3 in mobile applications
