An exciting new contract opportunity exists to join the adidas Pacific Sales team as an Sales Operations Analyst The Sales Operations Analyst role will ensure ongoing support of all Sales departments according to Global best practice standards for realizing profitable market share growth and smooth interaction with all functional departments
Reporting to the Head of Sales Coordination your key responsibilities will include
* Assisting to drive Sales priority of “operational excellence”
* Ensuring development facilitating smooth operations and contributing to continuous improvement of all key reporting solutions
* Assisting in annual and seasonal budget process across all KPI’s
* Maintaining model to track seasonal indent budgets
* Driving OPEX reporting by cost centre
* Driving monthly and quarterly “sales reporting deck” for Sales Management Team and Account Executives
* Driving contract reporting process
* Ensuring alignment of processes and changesimprovements best practice across Pacific
* Ad hoc sales analysis and reporting
To succeed in this role you will need to have the following skillsqualitiesexperience
* Have strong verbal and written communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Strong analytical skills
* The ability to work cross functionally
* Proven ability to multi task and meet deadlines
* Be team orientated
* Microsoft Office skills Excel Word Outlook & Power Point
