Purpose
To build a quality brand building distribution network that is capable of generating sales revenues to meet company business goals
Accountabilities
* Develops specific sales distribution plan for all responsible channels that outlines sales strategies and targets to align with the Company business plan
* Monitors and analyzes the results of key distribution initiatives and adjusts the methodology properly to meet market needs in time
* Identifies the right business partners for different channels
* Maintains a business cycle calendar that integrates the key elements of Marketing Sales and Finance
* Works closely with in-country sales departments and customers to provide an effective seasonal product offer with the right retail environment for different business channels
* Coordinates with HQ and in-sountry teams to provide suitable training courses to business partner
* Provides guidance and tools to the in-country Sales teams
* Responsible for sales target of defined special channels
* Understands the financial impact from the program for both company and customers
* Ensures information requirements for Finance dept are met and that all financial information provided is accurate timely and properly formatted
* Manages AR on healthy track
* Ensures well controlled T&E budget
* Develops and manages key business processes of different channels selling processes POS openingclosureupgrade forecasting and financial information process
* Develops proper platform to be able to collect the market intelligence in time eg overall market trend competitive environment and account information
Professional backgroundExperience
8-10 years of experience in sales management
Education
University degree and above
