We are offering the opportunity ofan interesting and challenging 6 months internship with Brand Operations Performance Management located at the Headquarter in Herzogenaurach Germany
Brand Operations Performance Management is the business partner for the global product development areas of the adidas Group enabling “fact based decision making” This includes all Brands adidas Reebok and Taylor Made as well as related product creation centers and main service functions Our focus is the support in all operational and strategic financial aspects This includes Controlling tasks such as cost center controlling budgeting and forecasting We also provide transparency via harmonized key performance indicator frameworks
We are looking for a candidate to support our global team in all areas of responsibility The internship affords the opportunity to gain experiences and further insight into structure processes and financials of various product divisions of a multinational enterprise Day to day tasks will help to gain first expertise in Controlling practices In addition your support will contribute to performance management related topics such as the further development of key performance indicators KPI’s
Your Tasks
* Unterstützung bei RSM Sell In Prozess Erstellung RSM- und Depot-Booklets
* Unterstützung bei der Buchung von Inventurdifferenzen von Depot-Kunden
* Unterstützung bei der Buchung von Depot-Retouren
* Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Warenverfügbarkeitsanalysen und RSM Reports
* Eigenständige Erstellung von RSM-Reports und Analyse von RSM-Abverkaufsdaten
* Eigenständige Bearbeitung von RSM und NOOS-Abruf Aufträgen
Key Objectives
Unterstützung bei der operativen Betreuung existierender Retail Space Management Kunden in enger Kooperation mit dem Retail Space Manager und dem RSM Back Office Assistant
Your Profile
* Abitur Hochschulreife
* Grundkenntnisse mit Outlook
* Sehr gute Kenntnisse für die Nutzung von Excel und PowerPoint
* Idealerweise erste Vorkenntnisse Erfahrungen mit SAP
* Networker
* Strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise
* Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
* Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
