We are seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to become a member of our NSW team based at our state office in Newington Working in the capacity ofSales Consultant Office Administratorthis diverse role will see you managing a variety of tasks including being responsible for managing sales over the telephone for a portfolio of nominated accounts as well as providing administrative support to the NSW office The role reports to the Regional Field Sales Manager NSW with a collaborative reporting line through to the Head of Key Accounts
Key responsibilities will include
* Driving sales growth via telephone sales to accounts that are predominately regional based
* Building maintaining and developing relationships with your accounts and influencing their purchases
* Demonstrating excellence in customer management and developing best in class servicing through a regular call cycle
* Account Management & Reporting
* Developing a strong understanding of the adidas product range
* General office administration including processing invoices and maintaining records
* Organising and coordinating the logistics for Sales Launch including catering customers’ travel arrangements and room bookings
* Collecting and distributing internal and external mail faxes and managing couriers
* Assisting with the unpacking and preparing of Samples during major Product Launch periods
* Other office administration duties as required
To succeed in this role you will need to have the following skillsqualitiesexperience
* Customer ServiceSales Administration Call Centre experience desirable
* A strong customer service focus
* Highly developed organisational and time management skills
* Superior attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to develop long lasting relationships with our key accounts
* Ability to contribute to a team environment where performance is measured
* Experience in working under pressure to meet deadlines and conflicting priorities
* Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential
The successful candidate will be self-motivated pro-active and be driven by a passion for sales with the ability to work autonomously You will be a strong team player in an environment where every day brings a new challenge
