Retail sales forecasting budgeting analysis
* Budgeting and forecasting of Net sales in Retail stores in Russia Ukraine and Kazakhstan
* Sales plan targets for Retail team creation
* Weekly and monthly analysis of Net sales
* Collaboration with Regional Development team in terms of new stores planning
* Operational KPI’s calculation and control
* Development of existing forecasting models and analytical tools
* Ad-hoc and like-to-like analysis to react efficiently on changing business reality
* Collaborating effectively and cooperatively with a range of individuals at all levels and within all functions communication with budget holders on key financial issues effectively communicating and interacting with HQ office in Germany timely and accurate management reporting of sales projects to HQ office
Requirements
* Effective oral and written communication skills intermediate English
* Excel on professional level statistical and analytical tools knowledge is a plus
* One or two years of corresponding work in a big company
* Experience in an international company is a plus
* Retail sphere is preferable
* Analytical and planning experience
* Work with database and big data arrays
* Mathematical modeling for planning purposes implementation
