adidas Group is shaping the future of sports and sports inspired lifestyle and we are therefore expanding our Nordic Fashion organization We are now searching for a person with a winner attitude a person who will help us increase the distance to 2 in our segments For the Nordic market with location in Stockholm we are now searching for a newReebok Fashion Sales RepYou will be a part of our Nordic Fashion Commercial team with a direct reporting line to our Nordic Fashion Manager
Purpose
To secure market leadership for Reebok cross the Nordics and to ensure profitable and sustainable market share growth with selected key account customers in the Nordic markets while respecting the adidas Group brand images
Job Profile
* To enhance the brand positioning and knowledge of Reebok in the Nordic Market
* To implement the Reebok product portfolio in selected key city’s within Nordics
* To secure customer segmentation and to identify new distribution channels
* To develop assigned fashion customers and manage all Reebok interfaces
* Build long term relationships with our Fashion Customers
* Organize and prepare sell-in customer meetings using our sell-in process pre-selecting the range and offering sell-out support
* To negotiate and enforce the adidas Group trade terms
* To visit customers regularly respecting the store visit guidelines
Your Profile
* A minimum of 4 years professional experience within sales
* Experience from working within sporting fashion or consumer goods industry
* Strong social skills and ability to establish long term relationships
* Ambitious and sales oriented
* Strong affiliation with sports and sport inspired lifestyle
* Advanced knowledge about retail and consumer behavior
* Good communication negotiations and presentation skills
* Advanced skills within the Microsoft Office package
* Advanced knowledge in Swedish and English
