Purpose
Leads the recruitment process to identify and hire highly qualified and professional candidates for our Sales business unit including but not limited to sourcing screening interviewing extending offers and initiating relocation to selected candidates Provide our candidates and business partners a customer focused and effective experience during the recruiting process
Key Responsibilities
* Searches for a diverse pool of candidates using various recruiting methods including ATS system internet searches cold calling competitor contacts market research trade associations networkingrelationship building social networking job fairs and on-campus recruiting
* Qualifies candidates by conducting telephone video conference and in-person interviews Provides coaching and advice to candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process
* Reviews employment applications and resumes evaluating work history education and training job skills compensation needs and other qualifications of applicants Refers qualified candidates to the Hiring Manager for review and offers recommendations to manager based on their findings
* Partners with Recruiting Specialist to coordinate interviews and domesticinternational travel for candidates
* Extends and negotiates employment offers Partners with HR GeneralistsManagers and Compensation to ensure offers are internally and externally competitive Creates offer letters performs reference checks and initiates the relocation agreements when appropriate
* Creates and places advertisements in various media outlets as necessary to attract qualified candidate pool
* Ensures all interviewinghiring practices are in compliance with applicable federal state and local regulations pertaining to equal employment opportunity immigration and company policy
* Drives and is the main point of contact during recruitment process from start to finish
* Coaches managers and other interviewers on “best practice” options such as behavior-based interviewing and identify core competencies to be evaluated during interview process Ensure all interviews are professional informative and lawful
* Works on projects to develop promotional recruiting material
* In partnership with HRM helps drive workforce planning activities for assigned teams to better understand strategic direction of the business and how this will translate into future hiring in order to proactively build candidate pipeline
* Provides feedback to LOB HRMs based on issues and themes they experience in the search process in order to drive internal change
* Participates in minority and outreach recruiting programs and maintains contact with placement office minority and outreach organization representatives to enhance recruiting efforts Establishes relationships with search firms and community organizations Promotes workforce diversity
* Partners with LOB HR to establish and maintain a college recruiting program Identify target schools and programs and arrange adidas senior management to deliver in person presentations to students to put adidas in the hearts and minds of college students

* Ability to use MS Word Excel SAP Report Smith CSS Reporter Powerpoint Outlook internet search tools and selected Applicant Tracking System ATS software
* Proven ability to use behavioral interviewing techniques
* Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and oral
* Ability to exercise good judgment and decision making skills
* Strong organization and follow-up skills
* Ability to travel no more than 10year
Requisite Education and Experience Minimum Qualifications
* 4 year degree in Human Resources sociology or related field
* Minimum of 3 years experience recruiting sales professionals is highly preferred
* Equivalent combination of education and experience
* High-volume apparelfootwear industry-related experience preferred
