Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Reporting directly to the Operations Director Supply Chain Management for the Markets Central East France and Nordic you will ensure the on-going optimisation of the entire SCM process as well as the implementation of Global Supply Chain solutions and project initiatives on a global andor European level as well as realising the related introduction and change management processes by independently leading and coordinating projects
Responsibilities
* Independently execute Supply Chain Management projects from project planning by applying globally defined project methodologies to project execution by defining and monitoring milestones to project completion according to the operational and budget targets on time within agreed budget and in the right quality especially during project execution the Project Manager will be supported by project members of the respective departments whom heshe will also lead within the scope of the projects
* Represent a link between cross-functional European andor global projects and initiatives eg GMS GPS in collaboration with the SCM management team Tasks include planning and holding workshops and meetings to ensure that all relevant parties are kept up-to-date and to facilitate the necessary decision-making processes Summarize the results and track their implementation
* Responsible for implementing harmonising and applying correct project management and reporting processes to ensure end-to-end transparency of the various project phases
* Represent SCM Markets FENC as key stakeholder within Global Operations project initiatives as Area Project Manager APM heshe provides expert knowledge to ensure best possible financial and operational results
* Control and ensure cross-functional cooperation and successfully lead cross-functional project teams for all SCM departments and external providers as well as supporting departments CoE Logistics Global IT Market Controlling HR Legal FinanceAccounting etc
* Contribute to all global and local projects such as GMS GPS etc

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
* German and English skills written and spoken
* Very good SAP MMSD etc and IT skills
* Very good MS Office skills Word Excel PowerPoint Access
* Excellent organisational and project management skills as well as MS Project skills
* Very good social methodological and communication skills to be able to lead cross-functional and multi-lingual European andor global project teams
* Lean-Six-Sigma certification an asset
Requisite Education and ExperienceMinimum Qualifications
* University degree ideally in economics with focus on SCM or equivalent qualification
* 6 years experience in supply chain management with an FMCG or industrial company
* 4 years experience in project management as project leader
* Lean-Six-Sigma certification
