As a Project Manager Supply Chain Management EMEA mfyou are responsible for contributing to the EMEA markets wholesale business success through participation in the development and realization of relevant Supply Chain Management SCM initiativesprojects across both the adidas and Reebok brands This will be achieved through working alongside our Global Operations GOPs team members and other x-functional stakeholders to drive and realize relevant projects within and for the EMEA markets Furthermore you will identify and drive enhancements new solutions while spreading best practices across the Regions Operations teams

JOB PROFILE
* Own and drive SCM EMEA identified projectswork streams to secure progress and benefits to the adidas-Group as a whole the EMEA business ambitions and the corresponding SCM strategy on time and in budget
* Contribute to Global Operations strategically relevant project work streams applicable to the EMEA markets while ensuring that market relevance and interests are maintained
* Secure and coordinate project efforts with counterparts across the complete business IT and operations network while using a consistent project execution methodology to bring alignment efficiency and effectiveness to project work
* Develop and utilize process understanding & knowledge of the systems being used to recognize interdependencies between them and the business processes their impact on the business and challenge potential changes
* Support withthe development planning and execution of the SCM EMEA strategic portfolio with a tight interface to all the SCM EMEA teams and key counterparts
* Contribute to the further development of existing and new communication channels to support the networkknowledgebenchmark development between the EMEA markets with SCM EMEA as well as with external parties

YOUR PROFILE
* Demonstrated project management experience with certification a plus PMI and or Lean Six Sigma training
* Strong analytical and database skills with business model simulation experience a plus
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Good degree of system knowledge SAP ideally SAP AFS with ability to understand the end to end interdependencies between systems and processes to identify necessary changes and or opportunities
* In depth experience strong knowledge and understanding of supply chain management processes In particular in the fields of at least one of the following planning purchasing andor order fulfillment
* Fluent in English verbal and written
* Masters degree in business administration supply chain management or similar
* Minimum 3 years working international experience in supply chain management andor logistics functions exposure to other business functions a plus
* Experience in the Sporting Goods Retail FMCG Consultancy industries
