Purpose
* GeneralSupport the implementation of cross-functional Marketing projects to successful completion
* SpecificallyThe Marvin project is about creating a new Digital Asset Management platform to form the media backbone of the company and all marketing related business areas
Job profile
* Manage project tasks within the Marvin Project ie definition and implementation of a new Digital Asset Management platform including Virtualization processes
* Support onboarding of new functionalities eg marketing content information sharing and Virtualization processes onto application development
* Work in close collaboration with Global IT design to support definition of business processes and system needs within the Marvin project
* Support management of Business Application related development phases eg UAT Trainings Support and Communication
* Alignment with user groups eg Marketing Operations Global operations
* Support transparency of project progress ie alignment within project team both business and IT
* Support management of new process development and corresponding quality assurance
* Carry out other activities as required to support Marketing Projects department
Your profile
* Graduate level preferably Media or Information and Technology with good business process knowledge
* Over 4 years of progressive experience in project management IT andor media
* Strong Analytical skills
* Aptitude to IT related projects
* Aptitude to understand large scale system environments and processes
* Good business process knowledge
* Advanced IT skills
* Process management experience
* Strong ability to negotiate facilitate and communicate
* Willingness to drive change
* Fluent in English
