Purpose
Provide independent objective consulting services in order to add value and improve the subsidiary´s operations as well as to identify and share best practices in close co-operations with senior management

Functional
* Ensure that areasubsidiary internal controls are adequiatereliable and weaknesses indentified & rectified
* Ensure operational and strategic risks are appropriately identified
* Develop action plans with senior management to achieve visible improvements to control and processes
* Ensure employees´actions are in compliance with adidas-Group´s professional ethical code of conduct
Personnel
* Ensure strong communication linespermanent information flow between area & LAM Controlling with excellent communications skills with all levels of org
Controlling
* Ensure that all necesaary approval processes are followed in an accurate and timely manner
* Support the GCSA and validate its answers and business cycles
