Reebok International is looking for aProduct Managerto join our Footwear Product Team In this position you will be a key driver of theWomen’sfootwear franchise responsible for developing the footwear strategy managing the look and feel of the product line and delivering to the financial and efficiency targets of the category
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Build global product line that meets the strategic and financial goals of the category and the commercial needs of the consumer
* Work closely with design development and merchandising to lead and drive the product creation process and be accountable for the aesthetics and details of the seasonal collections
* Prepare creative seasonal product briefs upon thoroughly analyzing market information through consumer and trend research market travel productivity analysis and competitive analysis Establish clear range logic and architecture inclusive of pricing architecture and strategy
* Present the product line and strategy to merchandising sales and upper management for each milestone meeting Make global presentations at seasonal hand-offs and prepare and present at account meetings as needed
* Ensure clear communication with cross functional counterparts in Global Merchandising Development Design Brand Marketing GTM and Sales and market leads
* Engage in ongoing market & consumer behavior analysis
* Responsible for on-going analysis of product line performance and revenue SKU efficienciesproductivity and product margins to ensure targets are met
* Understanding of all competitive developments in the toning and fitness space to meet evolving consumer needs
* Responsible for data management for all managed projects- PLM maintenance line management deliverables forecasting product and image sign–offs product change log updates etc
* Ability to excel within a team environment within the toning team across functional category teams and within the Women’s team
* Understanding and ability to plan to global footwear distribution channel landscape
EDUCATIONEXPERIENCE
* Bachelors Degree
* 5 years of experience working for a Global Footwear Brand in Product Management Product Development or Merchandising
* Experience in the Women’s footwear segment
* Ability to work successfully in a cross-functional team
* Strong communication skills – written verbal and presentation
* Self-starter who can take direction and work independently or in functional teams
* Strong organizational and time management skills and comfort working on multiple projects at once
* Ability to understand urgency and execute in a fast paced environment
* Strong strategic and analytical skills as well as tactical and execution skills
* Ability to travel domestically and internationally
