Reporting to the Senior Manager of Product Controlling and Profitability this position directly supports the Brand Finance teams as well as peers and management within the SBU teams and Product Marketing Provides timely relevant and accurate financial and operational performance data and analyses to all assigned functions Perform business and operational analysis to impact top-line and bottom-line results and to support senior management decision making In doing so this individual will update monthly reports track performance against projections and assist in the preparation analysis and presentation of the monthly results to the executive management team Partner with management to create executive summaries for the product and regional teams
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support Business Managers in creating Net SalesBacklogs reporting at market levelAccountModel level
* Develop ad hoc financial reports for product teams and management as it relates to Net Sales Backlogs and Go-In Margin management
* Partner with Business Managers to develop monthly Finance KPI meeting presentations and work to create format alignment between each SBU
* Perform data validation and massaging to ensure accuracy and quality of data
large volume data conversion data cleansing production report generation and upholding scheduled data delivery standards
EDUCATIONEXPERIENCE
* HS Diplomaattending undergraduate school
* Major in Business
* 0-2 years work experience
* Advanced Excel skills that include knowledge of Pivot tables and Lookup functions as well as chartgraph creation
* Advanced Power Point skills
* Effective communication skills presentation and written
* Microsoft Office Applications including Advanced Excel and Power Point
* Ability to manage multiple projects and excel in a team-based environment
* Highly analytical
* Financial Analysis
