Reebok is looking for aMarketing Managerfor ourClassics SBUThe Marketing Manager will support the business goals of the Classics SBU by working with key internal stakeholders Go-To-Market Product Marketing and Hub Marketing teams to understand business product and localregional market needs and work closely with the Brand Communications team to inform the development and delivery of integrated communication programs
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support Marketing Director in the briefing evaluation and presentation of communication materials that support business goals
* Work with Product Marketing and Go-To-Market to ensure clear positioning of key product concepts including understanding of distribution channel target consumer and key messaging
* Understand regional business and marketing needs and champion them with cross-functional partners
* Write effective business briefs that inform marketing communication briefings
* Champion communication with Global Brand Marketing Product Marketing HUB Marketing Entertainment Marketing and Go-To-Market teams on assigned initiatives
* Own communication with HUB teams on marketing initiatives to ensure alignment and seamless execution
* Lead reporting on marketing initiatives including collection and evaluation of tools and sharing of best practices
* Work with key stakeholders Product Marketing Go-To-Market and Marketing Operations and HUB marketing teams to select key products for seasonal photo shoots and own sample ordering process
EDUCATIONEXPERIENCE
* Minimum 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience
* Experience working on or with a lifestyle brand product or service strongly desired Athletic industry experience a plus
* Bachelor Degree is required Graduate Degree a plus
* Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
* Must be willing to travel domestic and international 5-10
* Experience with integrated marketing campaign tactics including advertising digital public relations event marketing and retail point-of-sale
* Superior organizational and project management skills

* Ability to influence within a highly matrixed organization
