As ourlimited duration Marketing Coordinator - NEOyoull be expected to bring your own MVP performance to the tasks below
Purpose
Performs highly responsible professional and administrative services in support of the product marketing teams
Key Accountabilities
* Ensure accurate product information is constantly updated in Excel documents online applications RMA and PowerPoint presentations RMS DMT & PDM
* Record update and maintain complete and accurate line lists in Excel
* Provide general administrative support to apparel and footwear marketing teams
* Coordinate inventory and logistics of product supply samples
* Create merchandizing boards using Digital Merchandizing Tool DMT
* Process promotional orders in SAP
* Assist with sample order buys
* Assist in product creation process
* Assist in catalogue creation
* Create PowerPoint presentations
* Work closely with Business Unit Directors to define marketing objectives strategies and plans ensuring alignment with key Company goals and assist in the development and execution of marketing plans
* Assist in calendar creation
* Assist in establishing internal processes and systems
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
* Excellent communication skills including writing editing and proofreading are essential
* Ability to be Independent ambitious and self starter
* Ability to manage multiple priorities set and maintain deadlines
* Ability to effectively communicate to all levels within the organization
* Advanced knowledge of industry-standard software including the Microsoft Office Suite Excel PowerPoint and Word
Qualifications
* Associates degree in Business Marketing Public Relations or related field
* One year related experience
* Equivalent combination of education andor experience may be substituted for degree
