We are currently looking for aManager Product Controllingto manage footwear apparel accessories categorySBU results in the Reebok Brand Support teams on business analysis and data management Develop all reporting for product controlling area to support SBU structure Reporting includes forecasting buying volume and efficiencies Partner with business analyst to develop databases to ensure accuracy and visibility for all of product marketing Create new reports that support our current SBU structure and ensure flexibility is maintained for future changes Utilize current databases to automate workload to improve efficiency output
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage the global forecasting process inclusive of drops process SOP composition reactivation management pull forward and co management Complete and publish scorecards and Sr Management Commentary as necessary
* Responsible for the all local production reporting and managing local production process
* Preparing quarterly PEP scorecards to be presented to senior team and CMO
* Create and distribute model and article range complexity results on a monthly basis and assist with target setting based on historical trends and company initiatives and strategies Create and publish weekly CTM tracker based on CTM toolrespond results
* Complete all ad hoc requests in an accurate and timely manner
EDUCATIONEXPERIENCE
* 3 – 5 years work experience
* Bachelor’s degree MBA preferred
* Business Analysis Experience
* Advanced Excel and Access skills
* Effective communication skills presentation and written
* Microsoft Office Applications including Advanced Excel & Access
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks appropriately
* Highly analytical
* Outstanding skills to identify risks and opportunities
