As our Manager Performance Management youll be expected to bring your own MVP performance to the tasks below
PurposeEnsure global transparency of Supply Chain US & Sourcing Americas performance cost and service levels Partner with the business to create transparency on the impact and dependencies of core cost and service drivers in order to enable best practice sharing and fact based decision making Actively support Supply Chain and Sourcing Americas strategy development and implementation through leading all business case developments
Key Responsibilities
* Manage business case development of strategic projects and investments by challenging identifying and quantifying organizational improvement potential cascading business cases into project budgets including project budget controlling support and business case target follow-up full project life-cycle support and enabling one-stop shopping for consistency
* Ensure transparency on Supply Chain and Sourcing costs and cost drivers through cost management OPEX COGS CAPEX by driving budget process reporting actual costs explaining cost deviations and identifying savings potential
* Support the development and continuous enhancement of performance and service level management through an innovating Supply Chain KPI framework ensuring transparency on business performance drivers
* Facilitate and foster continuous learning environment with respect to new working methods for advanced budgeting forecasting and performance tracking deepen knowledge and understanding of industry trends and topics as well as supply chain developments
* Build develop coach motivate and lead a strong diversified team ensure clear succession planning is in place

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
* Ability to coach guide manage and develop a team

* Demonstrating initiative and acting result oriented
* Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills
* Understanding of supply chain mechanisms
* Good understanding of performance management and improvement tools like Balanced Scorecard SCOR SixSigma Activity-Based-Costing etc
* Enjoy working in a dynamic and ambitious multinational team
* Fluent in English verbal and written
Requisite Education and Experience Minimum Qualifications
* University degree preferably with specialization in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Controlling or similar education
* 4 years working experience
* Deep knowledge of Fast Moving Consumer goods Fashion andor Retail industry a prerequisite
