In this position you will contribute to the increase of global transparency of Brand Operations performance cost and service levels to the assigned business units by developing and using innovative performance management tools Furthermore you will partner with the business to visualize impact and dependencies of financial and business performance enabling best practice sharing and fact based decision making
Key Responsibilities
* Identify business drivers and develop new or enhance existing globally aligned key performance indicators for adidas Reebok and adidas Golf Brand Operations functions following the overall Performance Management strategy and direction for a harmonized KPI framework
* Lead assigned projects covering topics across the various Brand Operations departments and worldwide creation centers
* Independently ensure and coordinate result achievement and consolidation across functions
* Actively create transparency by developing innovative and flexible performance management tools applicable for all brands
* Build and implement a harmonized and consistent reporting and communication platform for results and related drivers enabling fact based decision making and enforcing continuous improvement and harmonization of processes and procedures for business partners and other associates
* Actively acquire deeper knowledge and expertise for assigned topics and tasks Foster continuous learning with respect to new working methods state of the art tools and understanding of operations and industry trends
* Share and apply the gained knowledge in day to day activities to create a beneficiary environment for both business partners and team members
* Support Senior Manager with regards to ad hoc analysis
* Build develop motivate and lead a strong and diversified team
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills especially when interacting with different levels of the business and an international environment
* Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions from highly complex topics
* Strong analytical skills
* Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills
* Project management experience
* Competence to create plan and deliver presentations
* Fluent in English written and spoken
* Excellent computer skills MS-Office Excel Access Power Point
* Willingness to travel by aircrafttraincar domestic and international
Qualifications
* Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or related area or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Up to 8 years of work experience in related field alternatively 5 years of relevant Performance ManagementProduct Development experience
* Fast Moving Consumer goods or Fashion industry background preferred
