Key Responsibilities
* Act as business partner for a defined set of customer areas
* Ensure implementation of procurement standards and guidelines
* Increase transparency of spend and drive for an optimization of savings in own area
* Independently negotiate contracts up to final authorization e g global SAP contract media buying courier services etc
* Handle contract negotiations duties including standard contract renewal or cancellation resolution of disputes approving and qualifying vendors as well as authorization of contracts and purchase orders in own area
* Lead multi-functional peer groups in sourcing projects on HQ level and global level
* Review and improve processes and workflows in own and neighbor areas
* Support other team members in succeeding in their tasks and goals
Knowledge skills and abilities
* Expert knowledge in procurement including knowledge about market rules business relationships with regards to own support area as well as legal framework
* Very good managementproject management and process knowledge as well as interpersonal skills in order to be able to lead multi-functional peer groups in sourcing projects on HQ and global level
* Strong capability to communicate and to influence internal and external key stakeholders
* Proficient in MS Office and SAP
* Fluent in English spoken and written
Qualifications
* BscMsc or comparable professional education combined business and legal experience
* Experience in project management
* Minimum of 6 years working experience required
