This role is responsible for maximising the profitability of the Centre of Excellence COE Retail by developing and implementing consistent In Store Communications strategies processes reporting tools & disciplines in all markets
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and lead the long-term vision for communications with the COE Retail Field organisation considering messages and information needs of all COE Retail departments and Brand
* Develop globally consistent communications tools processes for Retail Field including development of the Retail Portal Drive implementation IT and process across all stores in all markets
* Work with all COE Retail and Brand teams to centralise an manage messages being sent to stores Develop processes for prioritisation and simplification of messages
* Drive new technologies such as tablets for usage in Retail Internal Communications
* Develop a central calendar of daily weekly monthly and annual priorities for stores Educate retail departments and the brand on calendars to ensure all messages are aligned with these priorities
* Make sure all relevant communications from Retail Back Office RBO is shared across the field and store communities across the world - and vice versa
* Facilitate a culture of sharing and adopting global best practice across all Retail Markets
* Other duties as requested by your manager
* Evaluate the competencies of subordinates on a regular basis and provides prompt and feedback and guidance to drive high performance
* Takes ownership for Talent Management processes to grow develop and retain talents
* Promote a high performance culture by setting clear expectations and individual goals
* Translate the company goals into team specific actions and business plans Control and monitor performance and results
Qualifications
* Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
* Fluent in English
* Additional languages are an advantage
* University degree in business ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience
* 6-8 years retail operations experience
* 3-5 years management experience
