Purpose
To secure market leadership for adidas Group in Norway and to ensure profitable and sustainable market share growth with selected key account customers in the Norwegian market while respecting the adidas Group brand images
Job Profile
* To enhance the brand positioning and knowledge of Shoe trade in Norway
* To represent the assigned accounts internally as an ‘ambassador’ towards all functions and vice versa and help manage all interfaces
* Build long term relationships with our Shoe trade Customers
* To sell-in and agree on sell-out support by Account Marketing Plans
* To monitor sell-out continuously and ensure reliable and cost efficient supply
* Ensure a coordinated and efficient sell-in process usage of sell-in tools and the correct negotiation and implementation of trade terms
* Build long term relationships with our Shoe trade Customers
Your Profile
* University degree in business with marketing and sales focus
* A minimum of 4 years professional experience within sales
* Experience from working within sporting fashion or consumer goods industry
* Strong social skills and ability to establish long term relationships
* Ambitious and sales oriented
* Strong affiliation with sports and sport inspired lifestyle
* Advanced knowledge about retail and consumer behavior
* Good communication negotiations and presentation skills
* Advanced skills within the Microsoft Office package
* Advanced knowledge in Swedish and English
