The Role
adidas Group would like to offer this role to a best in class Key Account Manager The purpose of the role is to define and pursue new business opportunities at Foot Locker Europe by means of taking ownership of the adidas sell in and sell out process from A to Z The Key Account Manager Footwear will drive profitable market growth within while respecting adidas brand image
Key responsibilities
* Be enthusiastic and eager to represent adidas towards Foot Locker and build a strong relationship with the buying team
* Represent Foot Locker internally ensuring clarity and understanding of their business
* Develop strong seasonal product proposals together with the buying team which are Foot Locker consumer relevant and will drive sell-thru
* Take ownership of the adidas sell-in and sell-out process from A to Z
* Develop new seasonal product strategies and be influenced by regular retail visits and trade shows in the key European cities
* Management reporting
* Driving sales and margins to budget expectationsprofitability management
* Building and delivering on an operational business plan
* Drive the customer performance management process to ensure all touch points are in place to drive mutual and sustainable growth
The Ideal Person
* >3 years relevant sales experience
* HBOUniversity degree
* Experience in footwear apparel or fashion
* Good communication negotiation and presentation skills
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Fluent in English and preferable one additional language
* Advanced knowledge of the MS Office package with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint
* In possession of a driving license
* Passion for sales and sport lifestyle
