Junior Project Manager Digital Marketing mf
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation

The IT Digital team aims to design deliver and operate technology platform for our brands
In your role of Global IT Project Manager you will contribute to building the Digital landscape of the adidas Group
You bring a solid mix of technical and project management skills in order to bring leadership in the design and the delivery of the needed projects
As a process expert you will maintain your level of business process knowledge in order to help on any improvement and project need
An excellent knowledge of the Digital ecosystem is required an agency background a plus
Key Responsibilities
The spectrum of tasks covers multiple IT disciplines including business process engineering application package evaluation project management application design and specification and IT business consulting
* Perform business requirement analysis
* Provide design and solution recommendation
* Manage the delivery of projects in scope qualiy and budget
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Infrastructure and Security
* Coordinate with service providers and third parties
* Manageresolve escalations
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Gain and maintain functional competence related to the service adidas group and industry ways of working
* Develop and maintain independence and self-organisation within the daily work environment
* Maintain business team and vendor relationships to ensure a high standard in customer service and satisfaction
* Meet quality and time targets or service levels to ensure the predictability of results
* Ensure compliance with all relevant adidas Group computing standards policies and methodologies as well as securitydata protection regulations
* Manage reporting and escalations
* Lead the project team internal and 3rd parties
Required Skills
* Solid IT expertise around architecture development framework eg DOTNET and web technologies
* strong understanding of Digital disciplines such as content management and delivery UXP analytics…
* good understanding of the Digital ecosystem solutions service providers data protection IT security …
* knowledge of methods and techniques applied in IT delivery environment eg PMI
* Ability to translate business requirements into cost efficient solutions
* Project Management experience
* Experience working closely with QA groups software developers DBAs and fully understanding product lifecycles
* Communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work in a team environment both local and remote cultural diversity skills
Requisite Education
* Educated to at least degree level in a Business-Computing related subject or comparable qualification
* Good knowledge of the application deployment life cycle with strong analytical and social skills and with the ability to view issues from a business perspective
* Very good in English both written and spoken
* 3-5 years of relevant experience
