Our eCommerce Team is looking for a talented creative multi-tasking Interactive Designer with ability to understand business issues and provide actionable creative solutions that provide a world-class user experience across all websites We are looking for a creative professional to develop concepts interact with and present to business owners as well as execute across the landscape of digital design including email websites content features ecommerce etc

As the Junior Interactive Designer work closely with product and marketing managers ecommerce managers and web developers to design new interactive content
DUTIES & RESPONSBILITES
* Work collaboratively and iteratively to develop concepts as well as execute solutions
* Design creative strategies for integrated campaigns with complete user experience in mind
* Create simple but elegant visual designs and interaction models that allow users to understand and manage large amount of complex information
* Develop document and maintain design requirements for new products and product enhancements
* Work closely with engineering and production management team members to ensure execution of design requirements
* Be a User Experience evangelist ensuring business leaders and executives understand the value of user experience and helping to develop and drive User Experience strategy for the brand
* Create Web graphics animations user interfaces icons style sheets templates and layouts for use in projects product developmentimplementation and maintenance-support
* Translate sitemaps wireframes and other architectural documents as needed based on firm understanding of UI and navigation planning
* Work with internal production teams freelance design teams and agencies on contracted projects as directed
* Stay ahead of industry design standards and trends
* Work with development staff to successfully communicate design for technical and functional implementation
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES
* Must have clean modern design sensibility with user-centered focus
* Must be detail oriented and able to follow established design guidelines
* Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop and Flash
* Able to contribute from initial design process through the creation of clean valid XHTML
* Fluent in CSS and web standards best practices
* Well-versed in the cross browser issues
* Understanding of possibilities of Ajax Flash and rich media interfaces
* Bachelors degree in Arts cognitive science or related field
* 2 years experience as a key designer within an interactive team
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* A team player who can work independently but communicates often
* Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems
* Must be organized have an eye for detail and be able to put ideas into a tangible form
* Working knowledge of Flash including Action Script HTMLCSS
* Use of current web design best practices
* Experience with JavaScript a plus
* Flex development expertise a plus
