Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation
The IT Solutions Analyst - mi adidasposition supports the development and implementation of eCommerce web-based business solutions TheIT Solutions Analyst - mi adidaswill work within our demand and delivery team to implement global eCommerce solutions
The IT Solutions Analyst - mi adidasis a high-impact role supporting global process design and implementation In this role the participant will be involved in local as well as global projects that support the Global eCommerce business unit The successful candidate will work with the business users to take functional requirements pass these on to development partners and define oversee processes for various projects with a focus on the Order Handling Module System OHM and the Supply Chain Systems We are currently looking for the IT Solutions Analyst - mi adidaswho will participate in medium to large size eCommerce projects
Key Responsibilities
* Gather and analyze business requirements from the business and within the parameters of adidas IT guidelines in all project phases System design testing and implementation with a focus on the OHM and Supply Chain Systems
* Design process flows based on business and IT requirements Help create align global process standards
* Identify and document impacts to process and organization and provide recommendations
* Organize and work with the internal & external teams through the testing process and provide reports on testing progress Analyze and document test results track issues and communicate to IT and the business user team
* Provide creative suggestions on how to improve processes and related IT solutions consider always stability and scalability
* Plan facilitate workshops Biz andor IT and document results following a consistent structure
* Ensure that the detailed design reflects and supports the business processes
Required Skills
* 3 years of IT Business Analysis experience in Web eCommerce B2C or Supply Chain environment
* Facilitation and interpersonal skills consensus building skills
* Effective decision making
* Communicates effectively with all levels of management
* Fit into a fast paced team environment
* Sets priorities and manages to those priorities
* Proven ability to analyze business problems design processes and solutions
* Business knowledge Experience with eCommerce and Order Management processes
* Application implementation Demonstrated experience successfully implementing business applications
* Technical Integration Experience with SAP and Supply Chain interfaces desired
* Customer orientation Ability to develop strong relationships with key customers in the eCommerce and Supply Chain business and approach every challenge with a customer-centric view
* Experience planning running and documenting workshops
* Experience with life cycle methodologies including blueprinting
* Comprehensive analysis skills
* Excellent documentation skills for defining and producing technical and functional specifications
* Excellent understanding of new media and web technologies and their utilization
* Familiarity with Jira and Confluence or similar tools is a plus
Requisite Education
* BS in Computer Science Management of Information Systems or IT equivalent
* Fluency in English both written and spoken
