IT Engineer Identity Management mf
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation
As an IT Engineer for Identity Management you will support the way that adidas Group employees and partners access data and information from a wide variety of IT Systems You will work with existing system Users to ensure that they have the security access they need to perform their job responsibilities You will also have the opportunity to work closely with your manager to analyse & document the current User Access Maintenance and related Provisioning processes eg new employee account creation that are in place to manage security access for numerous adidas Group IT systems Based on the analysis you will help identify improvement opportunities and assist in implementing those solutions including how those functions can be better centralized and standardized
Key Responsibilities
* Provide hands on support for the maintenance of security access requirements and User change requests for key SAP based systems
* Analyze existing User access maintenance provisioning processes in regard to consistency efficiency and transparency
* Support the re-design and optimization of those provisioning processes with the intention of achieving a high degree of centralized control standardization & automation efficiency gains
* Support the evaluation of software products that provide the sort of Provisioning related automation identified during the analysis
Authorities
Make day to day decisions with input from your manager regarding User access rights and key related business processes
Key Relationships
* The global SAP support organizations
* Service Desk organizations
* Infrastructure teams such as Active Directory and Messaging
* Human Resources and other business departments with a role in managing key Employee life cycle processes such as those for onboarding new employees
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
* Hands-on experience in application Security Administration Active Directory SAP Oracle etc and the supporting Provisioning processes
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Process and Business knowledge in the area of HR Finance and Sales is advantageous Familiarity with security audit related practices is also a plus

* Fluent in English both spoken and written
Requisite Education and Experience Minimum Qualifications
* University degree in Math Physics Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or Information Technology
