Purpose
The Operations Intern is responsible for assisting on various operational tasks within the Foot Locker Operations department This includes supporting Purchasing Orderbook Fulfilment and Customer Operations
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with the preparation of articles to be purchased as well as supporting sales order creation as well as related activities
* Supporting Operations with projects The Locker Room Originals Stores FLE initiatives
* Supporting Orderbook Fulfillment with data management and various reconciliation reports
* Assisting Customer Operations with DSO and Clearance activities as well as financial tracking
* Report creation
Essential Duties and Responsibilitites
* Maintaining labelling for sales orders in ILA system
* Uploading and preparing articles and sales orders for upload and creation into SAP
* Assisting and supporting with Senior’s KPI Pack
* Creation and preparation of delivery report and PO file
* Supporting DSO with report creation pricing and quantity discrepancy inquiries
* Supporting process between cancellationsRTV and clearance
* Administrative duties such as archiving orders ordering and tracking samples powerpoint presentation creation and updating procedure writing
* Creation and tracking of stock transport orders
Requisite SkillsEducation
* Studying for a Bachelor degree college or equivalent eg MBO in the field of International Business Administration Logistics Operations
* Broad set of skills in particular communication skills presentation skills teamwork skills
* Basic knowledge of logistics and interest in supply chain processes and systems
* Excellent social and intercultural skills Able to deal with cultural differences
* Passion for sports and interest in the sporting goods industry
* Enthusiasm ability to organise him- herself well and learn quickly willingness to perform individually as well as in a team situation proactivity
* International background preferred
* Previous practical experience eg internship preferred
* Fluent English
* Excel experience mid to high level preferred
