Working in the EU Marketing team based in Amsterdam this is a fantastic opportunity for a HBO student with experience to further develop their email marketing skills Primarily you’ll be responsible for implementing our newsletter programs for EMEA DE UK FR NL
We are searching for an enthusiastic team player who has a keen eye for detail The ideal person for this role will be comfortable working operationally with internal creative team external Email Service Provider ESP in the operational side of the role but at the same time be able to think creatively always thinking about new topic ideas or ways to improve the email experience for adidas customers You will need to be very organised and confident managing multiple strands of work to one deadline Above all we are looking for someone with a passion for apparel or footwear industry
Your Tasks
* Provide marketing support to the EU eCRM Manager to plan the email marketing calendar and to create email campaigns for DE UK FR NL
* Work with copywriters and translations agency to ensure accuracy of each campaign
* Work closely with internal creative eCRM and Marketing teams to take finalized design of localized emails and coordinate all trafficking and testing of creative with our external Email Service Provider ESP
* Be responsible for reporting on the success of each campaign against a series of defined metrics
* With the eCRM Manager own the production schedule managing production lead times to ensure everything is ready tested and fully approved in time for send
* As needed produce ad hoc analysis to show performance trends over time and proactively doing this where it is noted that performance is dropping
* Build up a wealth of knowledge on the response trends within each market ie what works in some markets vs others
Your Profile
* Education HBO level or equivalent education in Marketing or Business
* Previous experience of marketing sales familiarity and knowledge of email marketing would be a strong plus
* Proactive and with a positive “can do” attitude
* Strong analytical and time management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
* Planned and disciplined detail oriented and precise
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Fluent in English is a must
* Knowledge of HTML is a plus
* Interest in eCommerce especially in the apparel or footwear industry
