* Recruitment for Main Office and Retail shops
* Support Main Office orientation training and development
* Ensure timely implementation of performance evaluations
* Follow up and control compensation payroll process
* Contribute to implementation of local Retail HR processes which are developed globally
* Act on disciplinary issues via lawyers
* Handle SAP HR administration organization charts and reporting
* Employee relations and events
