Purpose
Defines develops and leads the strategic roadmap & framework for the set-up of a HR Support and Service Center concept
Ensures a timely and effective implementation of the strategy and concept globally with initial focus on the Markets CentralHQ North America and Greater China
Key Responsibilities
* Develops the strategy for a HR Support and Service Center set-up with a special focus on striving towards operational excellence
* Designs and confirms the requirements and detailed solution proposals deployment timelines and business case proposals for HR shared services
* Defines and proposes a global payroll strategy for a Shared Service Center model
* Ensures a proper execution and implementation of agreed strategy
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Defines and develops the strategic business plan in regards to the global harmonization and standardization of HR Support Centers in all aspects eg processes orgstructures people practices
* Defines documents and prioritizes HR business process requirements system processes and work flows for HR shared services based on input from HR Centers of Excellence and HR management
* Defines and documents required roles and responsibilities of HR Shared Services
* Defines and agrees HR systems needs together with Centers of Excellence HR management and Global IT
* Develops implements and ensures that policies and guidelines of shared services business processes and workflows are in place and used consistently within HR shared services model
* Adheres to global policies and guidelines as well as to global and local data protection and data privacy regulations
* Defines and documents service level agreements for services provided by the HR Support and Service Centers
* Manages the deployment of defined shared services concept in further regions and markets
* Fosters open communication & on-going 2-way operating rhythm with key HR partners to understand their current and future needs and provide transparency about services and value proposition of HR Shared Services
* Maintains sound business relationship between HR Centers of Excellence and HR Management in markets and functions
* Manages people for projects involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of projects andor programs into a finished state
- Plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets
- Assigns and monitors work of technical personnel such as systems analysts and programmers providing support and interpretation of instructionsobjectives
- Directs the activities of project support staff and sub-contractors and is responsible for ensuring appropriate resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate the successful completion of the project

Requisite Education and Experience Minimum Qualifications
* University Degree or Equivalent MBA Diploma BA etc
* 8 years of work experience within an international company
* Proven track record of building leading & developing HR Shared Services
* Excellent communication & presentation skills including fluency in English
* Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications
* Project Management experience
* Willingness to travel
