PurposeMission
* To achieve Retail Group Sales and KPIs adidas Sports performanceSports StyleReebok manage every Retail Marketing activities such as window In Store Comm CRM Media Buying Event in order to achieve or pull up retail KPIs Traffic Conversion ATV UPT
* Aligned with VMD and MD team to achieve 'Flowless Execution' on retail manage all MWB for appropriate allocation and maintain high ROI for each activities
* Understand consumer mind set and purchase behavior and analyze consumer journey and always having analysis mind of consumers POV
* Always taking a leadership for any related activities
Accountabilities
1 Manage to create annual Marketing calendar aligned with Product launch and any other category brand marketing plan
2 Control Retail marketing MWB with appropriate allocation and spend with efficient ROI considerations
3 Have smooth relationship between HQ counterpart and ROC counterpart with Timely and professional manner
4 Implement all retail Marketing activities Window creation In Store Communication and CRM on Schedule and flawless Execution
5 Manage all Retail marketing members and VMD team to implement effectively and efficient way
6 Maintain Retail marketing Team members relationship for smooth daily work
7 Manage OPEX of own team activities
