Overview
The head of Brand Marketing Reebok Italia will join Marketing Reebok Department reporting directly to the Italian Brand Director Reebok The objective of the role is to drive the brand communication activities through all touch points
Key Responsabilities
* Implement Reebok double strategy Fitness and Lifestyle
* Know and monitor consumers evolution and behaviours in order to identify consumer insights
* Brand equity implement locally the brand strategy in line with the European HQs guidelines
* Drive the design development and implementation of all communication activities and materials offon line media PoS
* Supervise all PR activities
* Manage PoS and media budget
* Share the responsibility of turnover and market share achievement with the team
* Manage relationships with web media and creative agencies
* Manage the team in terms of performance and development
* Drive the organization toward a continuous focus on the consumer
