Purpose
Manage the BU specific GTM plan for the defined productconcept category according to the overall BU GTM plan
Job profile
* Manage the GTM process and brief marketing tools to be developed by Global Creation teams
* Contribute to the development of a BU specific GTM plan with brand driving and commercially relevant implementation strategies for all marketsKAwholesale channels
* Manage and direct the local execution of GTM plans
* Guide the markets to ensure proper implementation of BU specific marketing strategies and tools
* Monitor the local business performance and market approach and initiate action if needed
* Monitor category financials
* Constantly analyze and identify business opportunities in all markets
Your profile
* Graduate level Marketing
* Over 6 years progressive experience in the sporting goods industry on managerial level strong concept expertise
* Proven track record in Product marketing and Sales
* Advanced MS-Office skills Word Excel Power-Point Outlook
* Excellent English language skills and fluent in another European language
Your home base will be adidas Group Headquarters in Herzogenaurach in the Nuremberg Metropolitan Region – Germany
