Purpose
Collaborate with Global GTM to lead and steer the GTM product strategy and process for the respective SBU ensure commercial viability and monitor rollout plans by market and by channel
Key Accountabilities
* Contribute to SBU specific GTM product strategy for all key markets channels
* Continuously work with GTM managers – Brand Marketing to ensure consistency within the SBU
* Be the contact point between Market and Global teams explain to Global the market needs and support Global in developing the relevant products provide feedback to markets about global products to be developed and delivered to fulfil market needs guide markets in implementing Global SBU Product strategy
* Assist in seasonal Commercial Input process
* Identify Product gaps on key account sell in and sell through needs Work with Global and Markets in order to fulfil these Product gaps approve local creation design pass on late adds CTM requests to Global collaborate with RAPCC in order to develop Region Specific collections and gaps
* Finalize AP Product GTM Plan AP line Coordinate cross functionally to ensure consistencyfeasibility of this plan
* Support the market teams in the roll out of the Plan and monitor the execution of AP Product GTM Plan ensure high level of synergies across markets share local designs and drive high range overlap for globally designed product
* Analyze business performance in the markets and take appropriate decisions
* Share best practices across countries mainly within AP
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
* Developing Leadership skills
* Strong communication skills – written oral and presentation
* Strong industry knowledge preferably across all divisions but in at least one footwear or apparelaccessories
* Developing cross functional experience across merchandising marketing and sales knowledge preferred
* In depth understanding of local markets’ consumers accounts economic environment and commercial needs
* Developing strategic skills – ability to co-develop provide input to and implement strategy
* Developed analytical skills – ability to analyze data to improve strategic decision making and implementation

Qualifications
