Reebok US Retail has a new position available for aDistrict ManagerDM in the US This District Manager will manage 3-5 of Reebok’sFull-Pricestores We are looking for someone who has an expert understanding of retail loves to motivate and coach their staff and embraces the Reebok brand
Key Accountabilities
* Motivating staff to represent the brand as brand ambassadors
* Ensure sales and other KPI targets are achieved and maximized through superior customer service
* Motivate coach and direct Store Managers to generate comp and total sales growth to ultimately achieve targetsplans
* Establish and maintain best practice standards in regard to all store operational activities particularly customer service levels
* Ensure consistent application of all policies procedures and initiatives throughout the region
* Effectively plans reviews and controls payroll shrink and other controllable costs
* Maintains a high standard of store presentation and visual merchandising within all stores in district
* Actively works with the merchandising team to ensure the product and inventory levels in each store is sufficient for the customer profile
* Continuously trains and develops Store Managers to maximize performance
* Keeps up with competitive landscape and recommends appropriate actions
* Actively participates in the networkingrecruiting of brand talent
* Communicates opportunities to the product and allocation teams
* Works with Global team to develop consistent standards in Merchandising Marketing and Staffing
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
* 4-5 years of multi-unit high volume experience at the District Manager level
* Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop Store Managers to get to the next level building a performance culture
* Proven ability to recruit and develop a pool of succession candidates
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence all levels of management and associates
* Ability to delegate effectively
* Ability to handle multiple and competing priorities
* Ability to travel to all stores in region every 6 weeks
