Purpose Mission
To ensure development facilitate and lead successful implementation and operations of Franchise Business model and secure continuously Improvement of Franchise solutions for all type of accounts
Key tasksto be performed in alignment with global guidelines
Functional
* To implement and execute E2E Franchise Business Model
* To manage the set-up and the implementation of Franchising collaborations by coordinating all involved functions
* To identify Franchising opportunities and partners jointly with Sales Management
* To operate and manage all day-to-day tasks related to the Franchise business and collaborations
* To provide Franchising business cases and drive the decision process
* To assess and advise how to improve performance of Franchising business model
Personnel
* To staff most suitable persons for direct and indirect report positions in alignment with the Sales Management
* To develop the functional and social skills of direct reports on and off the job
* To manage all reports as an integrated team by setting team objectives targets and guidelines
* To ensure smooth cooperation along all interfaces

* To measure progress on own KPI´s
Educational background
* University degree in business with Sales Retail focus
* Understanding of Finance Logistics

* Functional > 5 years Sales andor Retail
* Industry ideally in apparelfashionshoes or FMCG
