The incumbent reporting to Head of Sales and Head of Retail will be responsible to manage and monitor the retail operation in franchise stores to ensure they meet the company standard drive franchise productivity & KPI and plan & execute retail promotion program The key responsibilities are
Planning
- Set franchise monthly sales target & monitor sell-thru on weekly basis in order to meet productivity objective
- Monitor franchise P&L and drive the shop profitability
- Develop assortment plan & review pre-order buy to all franchise stores
- Develop franchise program & promotion calendar in the trade
- Formulate & implement the retail promotion calendar across the trade Own retail Franchise MB
- Able to plan & conduct shop traffic improvement program & join promotion development
Management
- Manage all KPI in Franchise stores Store productivity ATV UPT MSP VM standard & inventory level & etc
- Manage franchise stores and ensure all retail marketing activities & campaign are smoothly roll-out
- Work with Franchisee & develop influential collaborative business relationship in order to drive the franchise operation & meet the company standard
- Closely work with the account management team members to facilitate the franchise operation model
- Able to work independently to handle all aspects of retail operation
- Manage all retail promotion & funding provided in order to maximize ROI
Systems & Process
- Develop a systematic franchise operation management system & mechanism
- Conduct shop visit and ensure the franchise shops compile adidasReebok guideline & standard
- Able to analyse the sell-thru data & provide recommendation to both internal & external parties
- Maintain all franchise related database
- Handle franchise operation & shop maintainence issues
- Monitor & review the retail promotion in all aspects
- Responsible to premium sourcing & development
- Report to upper sales management on market intelligence
Human Resource Management
- Generates a high level of teamwork between all Departments
- Provides coaching and feedback to subordinates
Training
- Develop franchise tarining calendar and ensure the retail staffs are well-understand adidasReebok campaign & guideline
