Purpose & Objective
You are the bridge between one of adidas Groups largest European accounts within this capacity you lead and steer integrated marketing communications campaign strategy to support adidas global business objectives and the commercial goals of Foot Locker Europe
Job Profile
* Develop and implement strategy and consumer-centric marketing initiatives within adidas - Foot Locker Europe FLE
* Ensure that the communications are consistent with the tonality quality of adidas brand communications
* Work closely with the adidas Senior Account Marketing Manager and Category Management Team to deliver and bring holistic product and marketing concepts to life with this account
* Work closely with the Foot Locker Europe Communication Team sell the creative concepts to FLE management levels team and ensure needs and approvals are met and secured
* Development and preparation of creative briefs managing the agencies to a high standard
* Participate in the development and execution of the marketing calendar
* You will excite engage and convert the Foot Locker consumer 600 stores across Europe through leading and managing the development of retail marketing tools to support the brand concepts and key products
* Coordinate with local Marketing teams in markets where FLE operates as well as for FL network in order to create synergies and optimize local results
* Ensure development of adidas presence and visibility in Foot Locker stores – from windows to in-store activations
* Track and evaluate the implementation of retail marketing strategies activities and tools

YourProfile
* 6 years’ experience within a European retail or lifestyle marketing communications role specifically with above-the-line marketing campaigns
* Experience managing a large marketing communications budget
* High level strategic thinking
* High level of project and budget management and scheduling skills
* Ability to manage or collaborate with internal and external multidisciplinary groups Category Management Communication product marketing Foot Locker Communication and Buying teams etc
* Strong English language skills
* Strong presentation skills
* A strong understanding passion and experience with a lifestyle brand
